About The Position

You’re an experienced Influencer Manager prepared to lead our efforts in sourcing, recruiting, and managing content creators and influencers to co-create content that brings to life Nulo’s mission to help people and pets live happy and healthy lives together. You should have experience managing multi-channel partnerships from briefing through creative reviews and launch, with a practiced eye for content creation and creative feedback, as well as exceptional relationship management skills. You understand how to optimize influencer campaigns and how to think strategically about leveraging different niches, audience sizes, and creator profiles to put the right message in front of the right audience. Whether we need a micro-creator to create some content for our channels, an established creator to provide UGC for paid, or a mega-influencer to lead a product launch, you’ve got the right tools, the right names and the right strategy to bring it to life. You’ll also need to be a bit of a salesperson and a relationship builder as you’ll lead the charge in scaling our unique athlete-based social media ambassador program that launched in 2025. True to Nulo’s DNA, we are leveraging athletes as content creators in an official ambassador program and we’ll look to you to optimize the program to best benefit Nulo and our athlete partners.

Requirements

  • 3 - 5 years in a social media role –specific experience in influencer marketing and leading ambassador programs is strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of successful influencer campaigns and content creation projects
  • Strong communication skills with excellent negotiation and people management abilities
  • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player with a collaborative spirit
  • Proactive, with a very strong attention to detail, and a creative approach to problem-solving
  • Up-to-date knowledge of social media content trends and experience generating campaign briefs

Responsibilities

  • Develop influencer briefs based on the needs of our cross functional partners; traffic content and approvals; analyze and report on metrics; and serve as our internal influencer expert.
  • Within the organization’s overall partnership strategy, define and execute social influencer plans and build best practices
  • Own creative concepts and briefs, content development, campaign execution, and reporting
  • Partner with marketing leadership to layer influencer strategy into brand & product strategy at key seasonal and brand moments
  • Function as a key member of our social team, and partner of our paid digital team, actively integrating influencer activity and creator content into larger calendar and strategy
  • Source, recruit, onboard, scale, and retain brand-aligned social media-focused athlete partners and content creators and influencers, supporting an exceptional experience with our brand at all touchpoints
  • Execute operational tasks including negotiating terms, closing agreements, asset approvals and delivery, onboarding, managing influencer payments and product deliveries; and leading influencer and media gifting
  • Lead creator briefs and ensure deliverables meet expectations and ensure compliance with brand guidelines
  • Establish efficient systems for operations, relationship management, and project management, using tools to support a robust partner community
  • Measure and analyze the impact of influencer campaigns and optimize always-on campaigns to meet campaign objectives and business priorities
  • Manage the influencer budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI, while sharing insights and amplification recommendations
