About The Position

The Team and Role: Logitech G is searching for a dynamic Social Media Intern who will be responsible for conceptualizing, creating, and editing content for use across Logitech G owned social network channels, with a focus on short-form content to be used on TikTok and Instagram. You will help us increase the variety of content across our owned social media channels through content development and will also work in partnership with our community manager and agency teams to identify opportunities to deepen our relationship with our community by sourcing content from our community. In addition, you will work closely with our social media team, providing data-driven recommendations for future content opportunities. Your Contribution: Be Yourself. Be Open. Stay Hungry and Humble. Requirements
- Knowledge gaming and an understanding of gaming and streaming culture
- A love of gaming and experience with the broader gaming community
- Desire to work in the gaming industry
- Solid graphic design and editing capabilities
- Video capture and editing capabilities
- Proficient in Photoshop, Lightroom,Premier Pro and After Effects
- Focus on learning and optimizing based on experience and results
- Willingness to learn
- Candidates should be actively enrolled in a Bachelor’s Degree program and entering into their Junior or Senior year.
Nice To Haves
- Already a fan of Logitech G
- Existing knowledge of key gaming trends
- Understanding of visual storytelling/ visual communication
- Some knowledge of social media marketing best practices
- Active on social media and an understanding of what each channel requires
Responsibilities
- Work with social media leads to create engaging short-form content that will be used across owned social platforms.
- This can include concepting and creating original content as well as editing existing video and images to create new social offerings.
