About The Position

Parks Motor Group of Gainesville is one of North Central Florida’s leading automotive groups, representing Ford, Lincoln, Hyundai, and Used Vehicle Sales & Service. We are focused on growth, community presence, and building a strong digital brand that reflects who we are. We are seeking a driven, creative, and highly capable Social Media Specialist to help expand our digital presence and produce consistent, high-quality content that increases brand awareness, engagement, and ultimately drives sales. This role reports directly to the Marketing Director and plays a critical role in executing our daily social media strategy. This is a part-time, in-person role responsible for creating and publishing daily video, photo, and graphic content across all major platforms, including: Instagram Facebook TikTok YouTube LinkedIn Content will showcase all areas of the business, including: Ford Sales & Service Lincoln Sales & Service Hyundai Sales & Service Used Vehicle Sales Mobile Service Detail Department Customer deliveries Staff culture Community events and partnerships Content is expected daily across all platforms to support dealership growth and visibility.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating content
  • Strong experience in video production, photography, and content creation
  • Advanced proficiency in Meta platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, and Meta Business Suite
  • Advanced proficiency in Canva for content creation and graphic design
  • Comfortable and confident on camera
  • Proven ability to grow followers, engagement, and brand visibility
  • Strong understanding of how social media supports business growth and sales
  • Highly organized and able to produce consistent daily content
  • Quick learner with a strong work ethic
  • Valid driver’s license

Nice To Haves

  • Experience managing social media for a dealership, retail business, or service-based brand
  • Experience editing video using CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar tools
  • Experience analyzing performance metrics and adjusting strategy accordingly
  • Experience creating viral or high-performing social media content

Responsibilities

  • Create daily video and photo content showcasing vehicles, staff, services, and dealership culture
  • Produce short-form video content optimized for Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts
  • Design branded graphics and social media posts using Canva
  • Manage and schedule content using Meta Business Suite and platform-native tools
  • Monitor performance metrics and optimize content based on analytics
  • Engage with followers and respond to comments and messages professionally
  • Identify trends and create timely, relevant content
  • Appear confidently on camera and represent the dealership publicly
  • Capture and promote community involvement and dealership events
  • Collaborate with management and staff to highlight all departments
