About The Position

We’re looking for a creative, organized, and adaptable Social Media Specialist to manage and execute social media efforts across our multiple brands. This role reports directly to the Creative Design Manager and focuses on turning photo and video content into engaging posts, campaigns, and scheduled content in a fast-paced, event-driven environment.

Requirements

  • 1–2 years of professional social media or marketing experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Experience managing multiple social accounts for multiple brands
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar social media management platforms
  • Strong understanding of major social platforms and content best practices
  • Comfortable working weekends during peak season and select holidays
  • Attendance required for major events
  • Ability to adapt quickly to shifting priorities and evolving marketing needs
  • Strong organizational, time-management, and communication skills (written and verbal)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience scheduling and managing content through HubSpot or similar social media management platform
  • Basic knowledge of social media analytics and performance reporting
  • Strong caption-writing and communication skills
  • Experience capturing and editing high-quality photos and videos using smartphones (iPhone) and/or professional cameras (DSLR or mirrorless).
  • Adobe Illustrator and/or Photoshop experience is a plus
  • Creative mindset with a keen eye for visual storytelling, audience engagement, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects with deadlines

Responsibilities

  • Manage and publish content across multiple social media accounts and brands, including TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram
  • Use HubSpot to manage social posting, campaigns, and content schedules
  • Execute social media campaigns using photo and video assets
  • Plan, shoot, and edit photo and video content that aligns with the brand’s marketing and social media strategy.
  • Ensure all copy aligns with the correct brand tone, voice and standards
  • Respond to guests, followers, and community members professionally and promptly, engaging with them to build brand loyalty and positive relationships
  • Plan, organize, and maintain social content calendars and posting schedules
  • Collaborate closely with the Creative Design Manager to align social strategy with broader creative and marketing goals
  • Attend major events to capture or support real-time content and posting
  • Monitor engagement and understand basic social media metrics (reach, engagement, growth, performance)
  • Assist Digital Marketing Specialist with compiling and sharing social performance insights and reports
  • Adapt content plans and schedules based on performance, trends, and changing business needs
  • Maintain consistent brand voice and visual standards across all platforms
  • Stay up to date on platform updates, trends, and best practices
