Ideal candidates will live in one of our service counties (Giles, Floyd, Montgomery, Pulaski, or Russell) and share our commitment to supporting kids and families in our communities. This position offers a $5,000.000 hiring bonus. The bonus is dependent upon active employment in good standing at each payout. The hiring bonus payment structure is $2,000.00 at 30 days and $3,000.00 at six (6) months of employment.
