About The Position
Mandan Public Schools is currently accepting applications for a Social Studies Instructor for the 2026-2027 school year. The instructor will teach 8th Grade History and work collaboratively with a middle school team.
Requirements
- Must hold appropriate license from the ND Education Standards and Practices Board.
Responsibilities
- Instruction of Social Studies curriculum that includes appropriate level History courses.
- Meets and instructs assigned classes in the locations and at the times designated.
- Guides the learning process toward the achievement of learner outcomes specified in the Mandan Public Schools curriculum guides.
- establishes and communicates to students clear objectives for all lessons and projects.
- Assesses the accomplishments of students on a regular basis, and provides progress reports to parents as needed.
- Performs other professional job-related duties assigned bt the principal.
