About The Position

Master of Social Work, PRN Join James River Home Health , where your compassion and expertise help patients thrive at home. We’re looking for a PRN Home Health and Hospice Social Worker to provide vital emotional, social, and resource support to patients and families as part of our collaborative care team. Schedule: Flexible PRN Schedule Areas of Coverage: Roanoke and Surrounding Areas What’s in it for you? Requirements

  • Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program preferred
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare setting; two years preferred
  • CPR certification and valid driver’s license required
  • Criminal background check required
