About The Position

The AlayaCare Software Application Manager is responsible for the administration, optimization, and strategic oversight of the AlayaCare home health platform across the organization. This role serves as the primary system owner, ensuring configuration aligns with operational workflows, compliance requirements, billing processes, and clinical documentation standards. The manager partners cross-functionally with clinical, revenue cycle, HR, and leadership teams to drive system efficiency, data integrity, reporting accuracy, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience administering AlayaCare or similar home health/EMR platforms.
  • Experience with Salesforce, including reporting, workflow automation, and system integrations.
  • Strong understanding of home health operations, scheduling, billing, and compliance.
  • Experience with system configuration, reporting tools, and data management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Project management and cross-functional leadership experience preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the internal subject matter expert (SME) for AlayaCare.
  • Oversee system configuration, user access, permissions, and workflow design.
  • Manage integrations with payroll, billing, EMR, and third-party platforms.
  • Develop and maintain operational and KPI reporting dashboards.
  • Lead system upgrades, testing, and implementation of new features.
  • Provide training and ongoing support to end users.
  • Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and documentation standards.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and liaise with AlayaCare support as needed.
  • Drive process improvements to enhance clinical and operational efficiency.
