About The Position

TRISTAR is seeking a talented and experienced Software Developer III to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting a fast-paced environment focused on building and maintaining the Marine Corps Command and Control User Interface. Requirements

• Experience with Git version control (i.e. Version Tracking, Branching & Merging, Distributed Nature & Collaboration).
• Proficient in object-oriented programming languages (i.e. Python, Java, JavaScript, etc.).
• Familiarization with the Linux operating system, specifically Red Hat versions.
• Containerization experience (i.e. Docker & Podman container engines).
• Familiarization with backend technologies / database management & data storage (i.e. Express, Hono, SQL, etc.).
• Must be a U.S. Citizen.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an active Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Programming, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Must already have or be able to obtain a CompTIA Security Plus certification prior to start date.
