RBR-Technologies is seeking a Software Developer to support one of our customers in Odenton, MD. RESPONSIBILITIES As part of the Software Development Team, you will participate in design discussions, gathering and analyzing user requirements, conduct software development activities, and develop optimal operation solutions compliant with current DoD policy. Deliverables include source code, architectural products, requirements support and technical white papers.

Requirements

Active Secret clearance
5+ years of relevant experience and a bachelor's degree; in lieu of a degree, an additional 4 years of relevant experience will be accepted (minimum of 9 years total relevant experience)
2 years of direct development experience with cloud solutions
Agile Scrum/Kanban principles
Experience with the Atlassian Suite of tools to include JIRA & Confluence
KM Platforms (SharePoint, MS Teams, Wiki tools) experience
Oversight and execution of DoD cloud development
Successful past Leadership experience and mentoring of development teams
Experience with AWS GovCloud, containerization, and container orchestration

Responsibilities

Develop JavaScript server/client code.
Serve as a application developer responsible for implementing solutions using best industry practices in an agile framework.
Design and develop solutions within a cloud environment to include new or modifications to applications, forms, workflow, policies, actions, access control, interfaces, and any other configurations required to support client processes.
Participate in requirements gathering and document requirements.
Translate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with project team leads.
Provide support for enterprise cloud solutions by troubleshooting a variety of difficult software problems, implementing bug fixes, and performing root cause analysis.
Participate in discovery sessions and process definitions with development teams.
Participate in efforts and provide guidance in requirements gathering and developing/documenting process workflows.
