Responsibilities

• Deal with mostly Java for backend and React/JavaScript for front-end.
• Utilize various persistence technologies like DynamoDB, ElasticSearch, and AWS offerings to analyze big data.
• Create an engaging experience on new products for customers.
• Drive changes to front-end, backend, and science infrastructure.
• Work with different skillsets including big data and engineering to build new features.
• Define products and shape ambiguous business goals into working software solutions.
• Build simple and elegant systems that will scale to support millions of users.

Requirements

• 3+ years of non-internship professional software development experience.
• 2+ years of non-internship design or architecture experience of new and existing systems.
• Experience programming with at least one software programming language.

Nice-to-haves

• 3+ years of full software development life cycle experience, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent.
