Responsibilities
- Design and configure infrastructure for Apple Digital Support & Diagnostics Engineering
- Engage with teams across Apple to Architect and build reliable, available, secure, and performing infrastructure
- Design and build Infrastructure including Compute and Storage in Cloud and on premise
- Deploy and manage Kubernetes applications using Spinnaker and Helm
- Monitor and Troubleshoot using Splunk and APM tools such as AppDynamics and Grafana
- Troubleshoot application specific, network, system & performance issues
- Build and maintain CI-CD infrastructure to enable rapid build to release cycles for software engineering teams
- Build automation tools to define IaaC and deliver infrastructure services reliably and in a repeatable fashion
- Mentor and guide junior engineers
