The AWS Artifact team is in the business of building customer trust. When retailers want to understand how they can safely and legally accept credit card payments, they use our services. When hospitals struggle with regulations for handling confidential patient data, that’s us too. Customers or security auditors want to understand the compliance posture of an AWS service? Yup, that’s us too. Our services are used by external customers, security teams and service teams across AWS allowing our team a unique view across the whole landscape of AWS. Artifact Team is growing and launching new tools and initiatives. Come join a creative team of software developers dedicated to writing code that works at Amazon scale, mentoring junior developers and understanding and improving our agile processes to help us evolve a vision of compliance and security at AWS.
Responsibilities
- Write high-quality code with thorough test coverage as you mentor new developers so they can learn from your CRs.
- Find out what it takes to engineer systems for 'Amazon Scale'.
- Build Generative AI applications.
- Design highly available, secure, distributed systems of microservices, and improve them by consulting with peers and technical leaders.
- Work on Agile projects that have high visibility while making continuous improvements to planning, design, implementation, testing, and operations processes.
