DESCRIPTION

APPLE INC has the following available in San Diego, California. Develop and
maintain CI/CD pipeline for Application development teams. Develop and maintain
services and integrations for Apps Services CI/CD pipeline. Maintenance and
administration of dynamic K8s/Linux/Unix/macOS build farm. Develop Python-based
microservices using Django/Flask. Develop Python based command line tools that
automate and abstract various build/release processes. Develop Jenkins DSL
pipelines with Java/Groovy. Participate in regular bug triaging and resolution
meetings providing input on resolving issues with workflow. Collaborate across
teams to improve build, integration and release process. Participate in an
after-hours on-call rotation schedule and fix any high-priority production
issues. 40 hours/week. At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation
package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to
progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role
is between $171,600 - $258,100/yr and your base pay will depend on your skills,
qualifications, experience, and location. PAY & BENEFITS: Apple employees also

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or related field and 6 months of experience in the job offered or related occupation.
• 6 months of experience with each of the following skills is required:
• Developing and maintaining Continuous Integration & Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines for Application development teams.
• Developing web services using Python, and Java.
• Developing automation Scripts using Python & Bash Scripting.
• Developing software delivery pipelines with Jenkins
• Developing and maintaining cloud-based Build Infrastructure using technologies including Kubernetes, Docker & Virtualization.
• Utilizing Git & Github for source code management.
• Utilizing Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana for monitoring Production systems.
• Using various code Development, Linting, Static Analysis and Security scanning tools including PyLint, VSCode, Xcode.
