About The Position

Our Team Join the Adobe Journey Optimizer B2B Insights and Analytics team and be at the forefront of transforming how businesses derive insights from customer data. We are pioneering the migration of legacy reporting and dashboards to Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), demonstrating an agentic approach that empowers users to generate analytics and dashboards through natural language. This is your chance to influence the future of enterprise analytics by enabling dynamic, ad-hoc reporting powered by natural language to SQL translation. As a Senior Software Engineer, you’ll play a pivotal role in building scalable, intelligent systems that democratize access to data for business users. You’ll work at the intersection of data science, analytics, and innovative AI, solving complex challenges in data modeling, reporting, and dashboarding. Our team is passionate about innovation, collaboration, and delivering impactful solutions that drive business outcomes. Requirements

  • 3+ years of software development experience at major technology companies and/or software startups building SaaS products and Agents
  • Real passion for solving complex customer problems using data insights, data science and analytics
  • General understanding of data structures, algorithms and distributed computing concepts
  • Proficiency in Python, Spark, SQL, etc and Apache Airflow, Databricks, Snowflake, DAX and ETL
  • Experience in visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Adobe Analytics
  • B.S. in Computer Science (or equivalent experience)

Nice To Haves

  • A total of 7 to 10 years of hands-on experience in advanced analytics and data science, machine learning/statistics.
  • Comfort with ambiguity, adaptability to evolving priorities, and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Proficient understanding of Statistical Modeling, Machine Learning, Predictive Analytics, A/B Testing, Customer Segmentation
  • A relentless pursuit of great customer experiences and continuous improvements to the product.
