About The Position

Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) is seeking a Senior Software Development Manager to lead an engineering team at the forefront of AI innovation. Our AI Infrastructure organization is dedicated to exploring and implementing the next generation of AI accelerators and hardware solutions that power world-class machine learning workloads. In this role, you will lead a team of highly driven engineers focused on the evaluation, prototyping, and optimization of cutting-edge AI hardware—including custom-designed AI chips and high-performance systems. You will play a pivotal role in shaping Oracle’s AI Cloud platform by overseeing platform definition, system integration, and performance characterization. You will collaborate closely with third-party GPU suppliers and internal hardware/software teams to ensure our infrastructure provides industry-leading performance for training and inference at scale.
