The Team This is an opportunity for a highly motivated Software Engineer to join Fidelity Architecture and Engineering who are responsible for enabling the next generation platforms across Fidelity. You will work in a diverse, open and transparent culture using innovative solutions with the latest AI native technologies and leading-edge engineering practices.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience with at least one language (Python, Node/Typescript, Java, etc.)
- Possess solid foundation in software engineering and understanding of software engineering best practices and principles.
- Hands on experience applying software patterns and clean code principles.
- Passion for AI technologies.
Nice To Haves
- Hands-on experience working with GenAI tools (GitHub Copilot, Gemini, Claude etc.) is a big plus
- Experience creating or using AI technologies (agents, skills.md etc).
