LMI is seeking an experienced Agentic AI / MCP Developer to support the U.S. Army Training Information System (ATIS) program. ATIS is a major Army initiative to modernize and consolidate Army training systems into a single, cloud-native, enterprise-level capability. As part of an Agile Release Train (ART) operating under the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe), you will design, build, and operationalize agentic AI solutions using the Strands framework and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to enable intelligent automation, decision support, and workflow orchestration across the ATIS ecosystem. This role is highly technical and hands-on, focused on building production-grade AI agents and MCP servers focused on native AWS services, AWS integration, and secure integration with DoW systems, APIs, and data services to improve operational efficiency, system usability, and mission outcomes.
