We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Entry‑Level Embedded Flight Software Test Engineer to join our flight software verification team. In this role you will develop and execute test plans, create automated test frameworks, and work closely with software developers, systems engineers, and hardware teams to ensure that embedded flight software meets stringent aerospace standards for performance, safety, and reliability.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
  • Proficiency in C/C++ programming; exposure to Python or scripting languages is a plus.
  • Familiarity with version‑control systems
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; ability to work methodically on complex, safety‑critical systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Final Top Secret Clearance required to start
  • Ability to obtain a TS/SCI Clearance

Nice To Haves

  • Fundamentals of embedded systems and real‑time operating systems (RTOS) (e.g., VxWorks, FreeRTOS, Linux RT).
  • Knowledge of model‑based development environments (MATLAB/Simulink, SCADE).
  • Familiarity with continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
