About The Position

We’re looking for product-minded engineers who enjoy building across the stack and owning problems end-to-end. We value depth and engineers who are comfortable stepping outside their comfort zone when the problem calls for it. If you’re front-end leaning, you care about crafting intuitive, performant, and accessible user experiences, and you collaborate closely with product and design to bring ideas to life. If you’re back-end leaning, you enjoy designing scalable systems, building clean APIs and data pipelines, and ensuring reliability in production. You’re comfortable working in Python and thinking through architecture and performance. You’re excited about applying LLMs and AI in real-world products from powering user-facing features to building evaluation and production workflows. You won’t just ship features — you’ll shape the architecture, technical direction, and foundations of a rapidly evolving AI-driven platform.

Requirements

Experience shipping production software and owning meaningful systems or product areas
Strong proficiency in either modern front-end development (e.g., React, TypeScript) or backend systems (e.g., Python, APIs, data pipelines), with the ability to work across the stack when needed
Experience designing scalable, reliable systems and thinking through architecture, performance, and long-term maintainability
Solid engineering fundamentals, including testing, code review, and iterative development practices
Ability to translate ambiguous problems and customer needs into clear technical solutions
Strong collaboration and communication skills in cross-functional environments

Nice To Haves

Experience working with LLMs, AI/ML systems, or data-intensive applications
Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and modern infrastructure patterns
Experience in startup or high-growth environments
