About The Position

Requirements

• 7+ years of professional experience in frontend or full-stack software engineering, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong expertise in React, TypeScript, and modern frontend state management frameworks.
• Proven experience building complex, data-intensive, real-time, or visualization-heavy user interfaces.
• Demonstrated ability to profile, diagnose, and optimize frontend performance at scale.
• Proficiency translating Figma designs or high-level concepts into high-quality production interfaces.
• Working knowledge of Go or Python to support frontend features and backend collaboration.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative, ownership-driven mindset.

Nice To Haves

• Experience with real-time systems, simulation tools, autonomy platforms, or ML-driven workflows is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance frontend applications for simulation visualization, observability, analysis tools, and workflow configuration.
• Lead frontend architecture decisions, component systems, and UI patterns to ensure scalability, performance, and maintainability.
• Collaborate with backend engineers to define APIs and contribute to backend services using Go or Python when needed.
• Translate product requirements and design concepts into production-ready, intuitive user experiences.
• Optimize frontend performance, reliability, and responsiveness in data-intensive and real-time environments.
• Strengthen engineering quality through testing, CI improvements, documentation, and code reviews.
• Partner closely with cross-functional teams to continuously refine workflows that accelerate development velocity and reduce user friction.
