Software Engineer I - Electrophysiology
About The Position
Design, develop and release innovative high performance medical device software. Solve difficult problems and always strive to make things better and achieve engineering excellence. Partner with other teams including marketing, systems engineering, QA, hardware and regulatory to understand requirements and bring the best solutions forward. Continuously improves process and work methodologies by interfacing with peers/cross-functional groups and analyzing activities to improve workflow and work processes. In all actions, demonstrates a primary commitment to patient safety and product quality by maintaining compliance to the Quality Policy and all other documented quality processes and procedures.
Requirements
- 0-2 Years of relevant work experience with BS in Computer Science
- Experience in Object-Oriented programming
- A strong CS background, preferably BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
- Expertise in C++, Linux, Qt.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to adapt to the target audience.
- Strong experience with designing and implementing medical device software.
- Strong experience with development of network protocols (TCP/IP, HTTP, OpenSSL).
