Additional Details: 2+ years of software engineering experience, including technical leadership on customer‑facing platforms Proven experience building or leading chatbots / conversational platforms at enterprise scale Strong system design and architecture skills for scalable, resilient, real‑time systems Experience integrating chat platforms with backend systems via secure APIs Hands‑on knowledge of AI / LLM‑enabled chat (intent detection, response generation, or similar) Experience designing deterministic, rules‑based chat flows for regulated use cases Strong understanding of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization, and data protection Experience working in highly regulated environments (banking, financial services, healthcare, etc.) Ability to implement monitoring, logging, testing, and reliability patterns for production systems Proven ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate across product, security, and compliance teams Depth & Scope: Foundational knowledge of specific domain or engineering frameworks, technology, tools, processes and procedures Performs medium to moderately complex technical tasks under general supervision Foundational knowledge of TD applications, systems, networks, innovation, design activities, best practices, business / organization, Bank standards Develops program specifications; adapts, integrates, codes, tests and debugs programs; and is responsible for executing Uses existing procedures to solve routine problems; makes limited exceptions Education & Experience: Undergraduate degree, Postgraduate degree or Technical Certificate Strong academic background (e.g., computer science, engineering) 2+ years relevant experience
