Grow Therapy is on a mission to serve as the trusted partner for therapists growing their practice, and patients accessing high-quality care. Powered by technology, we are a three-sided marketplace that empowers providers, augments insurance payors, and serves patients. Following the mass increase in depression and anxiety, the need for accessibility is more important than ever. To make our vision for mental healthcare a reality, we’re building a team of entrepreneurs and mission-driven go-getters. Since launching in February 2021, we’ve empowered more than ten thousand therapists and hundreds of thousands of clients across the country and insurance landscape. We’ve raised more than $178mm of funding from Sequoia Capital, Transformation Capital, TCV, SignalFire, and others. We’re hiring a Software Engineer II to help build and support the systems that power key client activation experiences at Grow, including scheduling, appointment notifications, authentication, and post booking experiences. In this role, you’ll focus on shipping user facing improvements, supporting experimentation, and helping keep critical client journeys reliable and intuitive. You’ll join a team responsible for some of the most trust building moments in the client journey. This role is well suited for an engineer who enjoys execution, learning complex systems, and contributing to meaningful improvements while growing their technical depth in a production environment Client Activation sits at the center of client trust and retention. Systems like scheduling and notifications directly impact whether clients show up to care, feel supported, and continue using the platform. As Grow scales, these systems become more complex, with asynchronous workflows, multiple third party vendors, and increasingly nuanced client state. This role helps the team respond to new opportunities and day to day needs while maintaining momentum on longer term improvements. By owning scoped pieces of work and supporting triage and follow through, this engineer helps ensure that we can continue making progress on our goal of expanding access to high-quality mental healthcare for millions of Americans.
