About The Position

We are seeking a motivated Software Engineer II to support our machine learning operations (ML Ops), CI/CD infrastructure, cloud platform projects, and API management initiatives. The ideal candidate will help maintain Container Platform, CICD Platform, Multi Tech Stack CICD Template Development, MLOps, support cloud infrastructure (GCP & Azure), contribute to automation practices, and assist with platform operations. You will collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and product managers to deliver scalable solutions. You will report directly to the Sr Software Engineering Manager and work out of our Atlanta, GA location on a hybrid work schedule. For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 2+ years of software engineering experience, with exposure to ML Ops, cloud platforms, or DevOps practices.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (required).
  • Working knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.).
  • Experience with Docker containers and container orchestration.
  • Familiarity with Kubernetes for deploying and managing containerized applications.
  • Experience with API management (design, development, versioning, documentation).
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP and/or Azure).
  • Understanding of ML Ops tools and frameworks (MLflow, Kubeflow, Vertex AI, Azure ML, etc.).
  • Experience with version control systems (Git) and collaborative development workflows.
  • Basic understanding of data pipelines, ETL processes, or data engineering concepts.
  • Good communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with AKS, EKS, GKE any one Kubernetes platform.
  • Experience with LLMs (OpenAI, Google Gemini, Azure OpenAI) or generative AI applications.
  • Familiarity with Databricks platform or data lake solutions (Azure Data Lake, GCP BigLake).
  • Knowledge of infrastructure as code (Terraform, ARM templates, Deployment Manager).
  • Experience with monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Cloud Monitoring).
  • Understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API design principles.
  • Exposure to service mesh technologies (Istio, Linkerd) or API gateways (Kong, Apigee).
  • Experience with Python frameworks (FastAPI, Flask, Django) for API development.
  • Familiarity with agile development methodologies.
  • Contributions to open-source projects or technical communities.

Responsibilities

  • Design and deploy API in Azure and GCP using multiple programming language
  • Manage production system and data pipeline in prod environment
  • On call support for any production issue for troubleshooting
  • Work with data engineering, API development team to deploy release on time
  • Automate things to improve developer experience
  • Manage deployment in Azure and GCP cloud
  • Partner with security team to remediate security issues in infrastructure.
