You will receive 18 remote workdays per quarter to use at your discretion, subject to manager approval. For example, you may choose to work in the office 4 days per week and take one remote day weekly (typically 13 weeks per quarter), leaving 5 additional remote days to be used as needed. The ideal candidate is someone who is: Passionate about building scalable, reliable platform solutions An outstanding software engineer with experience in SQL Possesses excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, capable of dissecting complex situations Highly motivated and curious about finance and private equity Able to work autonomously Strong in interpersonal communication, both written and verbal, with experience translating technical concepts to non-technical staff

Requirements

• Proven experience in platform support and development
• Strong understanding of Agile methodology
• Proficiency in SQL, Java, and ReactJS
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills
• Experience in partnering with business analysts/business SMEs to translate requirements into application specifications

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with Seismic Sales Enablement Platform, Alkymi Data Automation Platform, and eFront Investment Platform is a plus

Responsibilities

• Build, develop, and support platform solutions to meet business needs
• Manage platform environments, ensuring security, governance, performance, and adherence to established guidelines
• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, project managers, and other collaborators to deliver high-quality solutions
• Stay informed about the latest features and trends in platform technology
• Debug and resolve issues and providing outstanding support
• Build and maintain technical documentation
