About The Position

What You Will Be Doing: In this role, you will serve as one of the Product Owners of an agile development team covering the Build and Operations and Maintenance of two of our Oracle EPM application products (FCC and TRCS) . You will be responsible for the following: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and ensure that the Oracle EPM Forward Pricing (FPRP) and Indirect Budget (IB) applications meet business needs Oversee product build, backlog, and requirements documentation Work with Lockheed Martin IT business analysts and developers, as well as professional services to accomplish the product team objectives Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including business leaders, IT teams, and external partners Communicate with stakeholders and product management team to understand their needs Work with other Product Owners to ensure smooth handoff between teams and understanding of cross-team impacts Provide clarity of scope and oversight to a team of analysts and developers to ensure products will satisfy users’ needs Ensure functionality and products produced by your team are high quality and reliable Prioritize the items in the Product Backlog to best achieve goals and mission Ensure the Product Backlog is visible, transparent, and clear to all, and shows what will be worked next Ensure the Development Team understands items in the Product Backlog to the level needed Optimize the value of the work the Development Team performs Engage with leadership to report status and escalate risks/issues to drive to a quick resolution Guide the maintenance of our Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close (FCC) and Tax Reporting Cloud Service (TRCS) applications

Requirements

Proven experience as a Product Owner or similar role, with a focus on Oracle EPM applications
Understanding of IT principles, including software development life cycles, agile methodologies, and IT service management
Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize multiple tasks, and meet deadlines
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to think critically
US Citizenship required for this role

Nice To Haves

Experience with cloud-based EPM solutions, including Oracle EPM Cloud, specifically with FCC and/or TRCS
Certification in Oracle EPM products or related technologies
Experience with agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban
Experience working in a large, complex organization with multiple stakeholders and priorities
