Requirements

2+ years of experience in full lifecycle software development projects in an agile environment
1+ years of experience with at least 2 of the ServiceNow modules including Vulnerability Response (VR), Security Operations (SecOps), Configuration Management Database (CMDB), Customer Service Management (CSM) and/or IT Service Management (ITSM)
1+ years of experience with developing custom Service now applications

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or Computer Engineering or related field
Completed ServiceNow Administration Fundamentals (SNAF)
1+ years of experience with ServiceNow Application Developer Certification
1+ years of experience with cloud infrastructure and automated provisioning & configuration management
1+ years of experience with networking and internet protocols

Responsibilities

Designs, codes, tests and debugs applications and components that meet all technical specifications and business requirements per assigned work items
Collaborates closely with stakeholders, product owners, and feature team on developing requirements
Refines business requirements into technical solutions, recommend alternative technical and business approaches, and lead engineering efforts to meet aggressive timelines with optimal solutions
Perform code reviews
Operational Excellence – build, deploy, monitor, and operation of production services
Communicates effectively with business stakeholders and technical team.
