About The Position

Duties: Design, develop, and implement conversational AI solutions. Collaborate with product managers, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to define conversational flows and user experiences. Integrate conversational agents with various platforms and services, ensuring seamless functionality and performance. Improve the conversational AI flow based on user feedback and interaction data. Develop and maintain documentation for conversational Al systems, including design specifications, user guides, and technical manuals. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to conversational Al applications, ensuring high availability and reliability. Participate in code reviews and contribute to the development of best practices for conversational AI development. QUALIFICATIONS: Minimum education and experience required: Master's degree in Engineering Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 3 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Conversational Bot Engineer, Application Developer, or related occupation. The employer will alternatively accept a Bachelor's degree in Engineering Science, Information Technology, or related field of study plus 5 years of experience in the job offered or as Software Engineer, Conversational Bot Engineer, Application Developer, or related occupation. Skills Required: This position requires three (3) years of experience with the following: Designing, developing, and deploying conversational agents including chatbots; Developing, testing, and maintaining conversation AI flows using Python; Monitoring data using Splunk; Deploying applications using AWS or Cloud Foundry; Developing APIs and integrating NLP or LLM models into software applications; Developing back-end architecture using tools such as IntelliJ and REST APIs; Designing and building conversational Al systems using tools such as VoiceFlow and Confluence; Developing and coding software applications and technical processes using conversational Al platforms and cloud services. This position requires two (2) years of experience with the following: Building APIs that connect with back-end systems using Rest APIs and microservices. This position requires one (1) year of experience with the following: Developing conversational AI applications using Google DialogFlow or Rasa; Hosting and deploying conversational AI code with at least two of the following platforms: AWS Cloud, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), Cloud Foundry, Dockers, or Kubernetes. Job Location: 450 W 33rd Street, New York, NY 10001. Full-Time. Salary: $153,600.00-$185,000.00 per year.
