Seamless Migration is seeking a career and customer-oriented Software Developer, to join our team in Bethesda, MD. Independently manages all aspects of the application, from bug fixes to feature enhancements Designs, develops, and modifies software systems, focusing on Enterprise Software and User Interface Performs application development Produces detailed specifications and writes high-quality, efficient code Reverse engineers existing code to understand system functionality Implements updates and patches to ensure continued operation Documents processes and system architecture for future reference Provides user support and troubleshooting for issues as they arise Evaluates potential modernization or replacement options for long-term improvements Designs and develops visually pleasing, content-rich, user-friendly interfaces with intuitive navigation Analyzes and studies customer requirements to determine the most effective software technologies Designs, creates, tests, and maintains software-based applications to meet customer needs Provides software process management and configuration management throughout the development lifecycle Resolves software problems and implements suggestions for improvements and enhancements Supports software architecture development, requirements analysis, process execution and evaluation Participates in the selection and evaluation of COTS/GOTS tools and system integration (with both new and legacy systems)
