Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
  • Five to six years of relevant technical experience
  • Three to four years of leading a software engineering team

  • Advanced engineering leadership with the ability to champion strong coding standards, sound architecture, data driven design and high‑quality design decisions across multiple teams.
  • End‑to‑end ownership of data integration platforms, including leadership responsibility for products such as Consolidated Payables, Consolidated Receivables, OpenText and other customer focused data integration capabilities.
  • Hands‑on technical credibility in modern software development, enabling effective coaching, technical decision‑making, championing AI first mentality and partnership with senior engineers and architects.
