The Ad Creative Management (ACM) team owns one of the most challenging problems for our customers when they are creating an ad campaign. ACM empowers all advertisers to effortlessly strategize, create, and launch optimized ad creatives. Creative is the top contributor to performance for ads, and can often take the most work to get right. ACM builds the foundation for handling assets like images, videos, and headlines, and also owns the user experience of accessing, editing, and generating these assets. ACM also spearheads our org’s investment in advanced tools like generative AI to solve the problems of our customers, as we look to increase performance for, and increase the productivity of, the humans coming to our platform. We are a full-stack team, leading the product development powering a core pillar of our business. We are looking for a product-focused fullstack engineering leader who will drive the Ad Creative Management team forward and is eager to collaborate across multiple teams and organizations to ensure success for our customers and our business.
