FanDuel is looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager who employs a robust managerial toolbox to lead a team of Engineers delivering measurable business and customer impact in support of semi-annual and annual goals. You will be accountable for the customer experience, project prioritization, software quality, and system maintenance - but most importantly, for the experience, management, and development of the Engineers who report to you. You will identify and tackle open-ended, ambiguous problems that often extend beyond your immediate team's scope, influencing outcomes across multiple teams through strategic planning, effective decision-making, and conflict resolution. You set the example for our values, create an environment of psychological safety where all team members feel included and heard, and empower engineers to take risks, make decisions, and learn from outcomes. You balance immediate results with long-term growth, retention, and team well-being, ensuring your team consistently delivers at a high level of impact for our business and customers.
