Software Implementation Trainer
About The Position
As a Software Implementation Trainer at Paperless Environments, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the success of our customers' post-sales. You will work closely with clients to guide them through the implementation journey, from initial setup to ongoing support, ensuring they derive maximum value from our accounting software product, pVault. This role offers an exciting opportunity to collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with diverse clients, and make a significant impact on our customers' success. This role is highly technical but also relational, as you will support your clients from discovery to implementation to a long-term "Client for Life" technical support relationship.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in software consulting/implementation.
- Strong technical aptitude and proficiency in software implementation methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills with a customer service-oriented approach.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality solutions and exceeding customer expectations.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Passion for innovation, continuous learning, and driving customer success.
- Positive "Can-Do" attitude.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Experience with standard office software.
Nice To Haves
- Previous experience with accounting systems and/or ERP software.
- Previous experience with Sage Paperless Construction software
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients to oversee all phases of software implementation, including data integration, system configuration, and user training.
- Implement and configure the software according to established methodologies, ensuring alignment with client requirements and objectives.
- Customer training by phone, video, and when necessary, onsite training.
- Analyze and document system and business requirements, providing recommendations for process improvements and optimizations.
- Assist in setup and creation of databases for add on applications and training.
- Coordinate project tasks with internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring timely delivery and exceeding client expectations.
- Provide ongoing technical support and troubleshooting assistance to clients, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and effectively.
- Manage projects with ability to keep projects on time and on budget.
- Provide input and contribute to the development of new processes and procedures for service delivery, including development of templates, documentation of best practices, and contribution to the knowledge base library.
- Participate in multiple engagements simultaneously while ensuring deadlines and quality expectations are being met.
- Research and/or escalate complex software issues to identify improvements and opportunities.
- Other duties as needed/assigned.
