The Work: Lead high-impact teams tackling the C-suite's most urgent challenges — from AI integration and enablement to total enterprise reinvention and technology modernization — developing bold strategies clients can execute with speed and confidence. Responsible for day‑to-day client stakeholder communication, expectation‑setting, and internal team leadership. Travel as needed, up to 80%.

Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience consulting for or working at a Software or Platform company, or a start-up.

Nice To Haves

• You have an MBA or equivalent graduate degree.
• Strong client communication skills with a proven ability to influence and inspire senior executives.
• A proven track record of delivery on complex, high-impact client engagements where AI played a central role.
• Hands-on experience applying generative AI, machine learning, or AI-powered platforms to solve real business problems — for clients or within your own organization.
• Prior experience driving insights using visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx) and analytics tools (e.g., Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics).
• Familiarity with AI development ecosystems, LLM-based tooling, or AI platform strategies is a strong plus.
