Requirements

  • Experience in customer service, retention, account management, or operations support
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to de-escalate situations
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems (Salesforce a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers during the installation process.
  • Proactively address customer concerns to prevent cancellations and improve retention.
  • Work cross-functionally with operations, scheduling, and installation teams to resolve issues.
  • Track customer cases and provide timely updates throughout the installation lifecycle.
  • Identify risks to project completion and take action to keep projects moving forward.
  • Document all customer interactions and resolutions in internal systems.
  • Provide clear, professional communication via phone, email, and text.
  • Support process improvements to enhance customer experience and retention.
