Requirements

• Comfort working on roofs in all weather conditions — heat, cold, wind, and everything in between
• Strong willingness to learn and grow within the solar field
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs and handle physical, hands-on work
• Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic

Nice To Haves

• Previous construction, electrical, or roofing experience is a plus but not required

Responsibilities

• Install residential solar systems with a focus on quality and safety
• Work on rooftops, ladders, and elevated surfaces
• Troubleshoot system components and ensure optimal functionality
• Collaborate with crew members and follow project timelines
• Represent the company with professionalism and a positive attitude
