Requirements

Must have 3-5 years of Warehouse Management experience
Forklift operation skills
Inventory management experience
Team Player
Detail-oriented and analytical with solid mathematical skills
Self-motivated and comfortable working unsupervised
Ability to work safely in an office/warehouse environment
High School Diploma or GED
Possess a valid Driver's License with a clean driving record

Responsibilities

Supervise warehouse personnel
Implement and oversee warehouse activities, and safety and security protocols
Plan staging of materials within the warehouse and organize special material stocking requirements as needed
Maintain computerized inventory systems
Operate warehouse equipment to load and unload trucks
Prepare and maintain detailed manual and electronic records and files
Conduct and participate in physical inventories to verify stock and identify losses
Collaborate with the Branch Manager to coordinate warehouse activities for production needs, records control, or purchasing
Ensure the safe receipt, storage, retrieval and timely dispatch of materials
Inspect physical conditions of warehouse, vehicle fleet, and warehouse equipment and coordinate testing, maintenance, repairs, or replacements as needed
Review invoices, work orders, and demand forecasts to estimate peak delivery periods
Respond to staff and vendor inquiries to provide information and/or direction regarding invoices, billing, status of deliveries, etc
Research discrepancies on orders and/or invoices, correcting errors and/or returning damaged/incorrect items to vendors
Take responsibility for the security of the building and stock
Other duties as assigned
