About The Position

The Solderer (White Room) is responsible for soldering and reworking very small and intricate products. The ideal candidate will have exceptional hand dexterity along with a working knowledge in reading, interpreting, and utilizing technical procedures and blueprints. The individual must be comfortable working in a team environment. This first shift position is well suited for a patient individual who is a fast learner, is focused on quality output, and enjoys working in a demanding atmosphere. Solder electro-mechanical components under a microscope and/or a magnifying glass. Assemble, setup and maintain tooling. Recommend design and process improvements to enhance manufacturability. Perform visual inspection of parts. Maintain quality records. Required: Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and in the future. This position requires use of information or access to hardware which is subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Requirements

  • Ability to follow written instructions, visual aids, sketches and blueprints.
  • Ability to work using a microscope for long periods of time.
  • Ability to successfully solder to the acceptability requirements of J-STD-001
  • High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution required.
