About The Position

As a Solution Architect at Medius, you will design and implement best-practice spend management solutions that translate complex customer business requirements into scalable, cloud-based configurations. You will lead technical and functional workshops, guide customers through Source-to-Pay and Purchase-to-Pay process improvements, and ensure successful deployment of Medius SaaS applications and ERP integrations. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will work closely with customers to assess requirements, configure APIs and standard integrations, and optimize system performance across global environments. This role requires deep expertise in Medius platforms, SaaS implementations, and VAT-related procurement processes, combined with strong stakeholder engagement and documentation skills.

Requirements

• Must have a Master's degree or higher (or foreign educational equivalent) in Business or a closely related field.
• In addition to degree, must have 2 years of experience in all of the following:
• As Project Manager implementing cloud-based/SaaS software solutions utilizing Medius Spend Management, Source to Pay, and Purchase to Pay software; and
• Procuring and training employees on VAT in Medius platforms for various European countries.

Responsibilities

• Design solutions, translating customer business requirements into best practice solution setup.
• Implement Medius spend management suite for customers’ systems.
• Lead technical and/or functional workshops.
• Gather and assess customer requirements and needs.
• Configure and provide technical setup of Medius SaaS applications.
• Deploy and configure Medius standard integrations toward different ERP systems.
• Guide customers when communicating with Medius API’s.
• Assist customers in analyzing their current Source to Pay and Purchase to Pay (S2P & P2P) processes.
• Drive process improvement initiatives for customers.
• Document solution specifications and change requests in multidimensional networks.
