Join the Solution Development Team as a Change Order Process Lead and play a pivotal role in crafting post-contract success! The base pay range for this role is estimated to be $100,500 to $135,000 at the time of posting. Final compensation will be determined by various factors such as work location, education, experience, knowledge, and skills.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in material handling systems, with a strong focus on warehouse distribution operations including receiving, picking, sortation, and shipping.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to build clear documentation and impactful presentations.
  • Skilled in technical drawing tools such as Maestro, AutoCAD, and SketchUp, used to support layout development and solution building.
  • Strong communicator and presenter, capable of conveying complex technical concepts to cross-functional teams and collaborators.
  • Collaborative great teammate, experienced in working across departments to drive alignment and deliver customer-focused solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and sustain robust cross-functional connections with Solution Development, Sales, Application Engineering, Project Management, and Installation Management to guarantee smooth coordination of customer change requests.
  • Collaborate with Procurement to gather detailed hardware specifications and prepare accurate quote requests for third-party resale hardware, ensuring alignment with project requirements and cost targets.
  • Support Application and Controls Engineers by developing and refining Maestro layouts that reflect customer focused changes, contributing to technically sound and executable solutions.
  • Own the costing process for change requests using Maestro and MACS/CPQ tools. Ensure all financial impacts are captured and detailed for audit and revenue recognition purposes.
  • Manage Solution Approval Records (SARs) within Salesforce, including creation, updates, and ongoing monitoring to maintain visibility and traceability of all change requests.
  • Take part in technical review meetings together with Application Engineers to confirm proposed changes and guarantee they match customer expectations and project scope.
  • Lead or support Cost Review Meetings, providing clear financial analysis and rationale for proposed changes to ensure informed decision-making.
  • Present change requests to management teams, articulating technical and financial impacts with clarity and confidence to gain necessary approvals.
  • Assist Controls Management in customer presentations, offering technical expertise and support to communicate proposed changes effectively and build customer trust.
