Position Overview This role leads the end-to-end technical delivery of LivePerson solutions, from designing best-practice configurations to deploying, developing, and optimizing technical assets for enterprise customers. It serves as a technical subject-matter expert, managing APIs, integrations, widgets, and custom code while guiding customers on how to best leverage LivePerson capabilities. The position also drives strategic initiatives, ensures high customer satisfaction, and partners with both internal teams and external partners to enable successful solution adoption.
