About The Position

This role offers the opportunity to build and implement scalable, AI-enabled operational workflows within a dynamic healthcare SaaS environment. You will translate architectural designs into production-ready systems that automate manual processes, improve data accuracy, and accelerate customer onboarding. Collaborating closely with engineers, solution architects, and product teams, you will integrate AI services and LLM-driven agents into structured workflows, ensuring operational reliability and efficiency. This hands-on position focuses on cloud-native solutions within Microsoft Azure, emphasizing repeatable, durable automation rather than experimental prototypes. The role requires a balance of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and cross-functional collaboration, offering significant impact on operational scalability and the delivery of intelligent services across the platform.

Requirements

  • 2–5+ years of production experience in SQL, C#, Python, or JavaScript.
  • Strong relational database design, scripting, and query optimization skills.
  • Experience integrating AI or LLM services, familiarity with frameworks like Semantic Kernel, Copilot Studio, or AI Foundry.
  • Proven ability to design and deliver scalable, repeatable solutions from concept to production.
  • Strong problem-solving skills in ambiguous, fast-paced environments.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Engineering, Implementations, Product, or Security teams.
  • Hands-on experience building and deploying applications within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and structured Git workflows.

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement database-driven operational workflows that automate data transformation, validation, and configuration processes.
  • Integrate LLM or AI services into production workflows to enable autonomous processes that reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
  • Translate solution architecture into scalable, maintainable systems with clear data contracts, logging, monitoring, and observability practices.
  • Develop modular, CI/CD-enabled solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure services such as Functions, App Services, Logic Apps, and Azure AI.
  • Collaborate across Engineering, Implementation, Product, and Security teams to ensure workflows meet compliance, security, and production readiness standards.
  • Embed intelligent services into operational processes, including evaluation and monitoring loops for continuous improvement.
  • Contribute to documentation, best practices, and knowledge sharing to ensure operational excellence and system reliability.
