About The Position

The Solution Epic Owner is responsible for owning and delivering solution epics across multiple components, ensuring alignment between strategic objectives and execution within an agile, multi‑threaded environment.

Requirements

An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED TS/SCI Federal or DoD security clearance with a COUNTERINTELLIGENCE (CI) polygraph
Bachelor’s Degree
FOUR (4) or more years' experience managing complex, cross‑functional initiatives, with a focus of systems engineering and agile delivery

Nice To Haves

Proven stakeholder coordination and communication skills
Strong understanding of systems engineering and agile delivery
Intelligence Community or Department of Defense experience
A valid Agile, SAFe, and/or PMP certification
Government–contractor integration experience

Responsibilities

Own execution of solution epics from initiation through delivery
Coordinate cross‑functional teams to deliver end‑to-end capabilities
Prioritize work in alignment with organizational strategy and timelines
Track progress, risks, dependencies, and performance metrics
Leverage JIRA and agile methods to manage solution delivery
Brief leadership and stakeholders on status and outcomes
