Fresh off a $25M Series A, our client doubled revenue in the final two months of 2025 and is scaling aggressively toward 1 million AI agents deployed. The Mission Replace manual, expensive, inconsistent customer communication with autonomous AI that generates real revenue for SMBs. Our client's platform lets any business deploy a fully configured AI receptionist in 3 minutes — no coding required — with sub-second latency, 99.99% uptime, 200+ integrations, and omnichannel coverage across phone, SMS, email, web chat, WhatsApp, Instagram, TikTok, and more. The Opportunity Our client is building a Solutions Architect team to own the full deployment of AI agents across partners and customers in North America and EMEA. You'll be joining a team at a pivotal moment — well-funded, growing fast, and building the infrastructure that thousands of SMBs run their businesses on. Our client is hiring 3-5 Solutions Architects for immediate start. Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
  • Hands-on software development experience and fluency in AI technologies, including prompt engineering
  • Demonstrated customer-facing experience (consulting, project management, client delivery, or entrepreneurial)
  • Strong systems integration skills and ability to work across diverse tech stacks
  • Business process analysis skills — you understand how companies make money and can connect technical solutions to business outcomes

Nice To Haves

  • experience with CRM/PMS systems, SaaS platforms, or the AI industry

Responsibilities

  • Understand partner and customer business needs and translate them into technical specifications and deployment plans
  • Configure and customize AI agent solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing platforms (CRMs, booking tools, payment systems)
  • Own implementations end-to-end — from kickoff through go-live — managing stakeholders and driving projects to completion
  • Serve as the technical point of contact in partner conversations; present solutions confidently with minimal oversight
  • Identify and mitigate technical risks throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Contribute to building scalable deployment practices as the team grows
