The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect's role is to operate as the key technical expert supporting the sales team for pre-sales and onboarding activities with our partners and subscribers. The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect will be responsible for the technical ownership of configuring and designing solutions with our inside sales team and agents to deliver high-quality solutions and outcomes for our customer base, that leverage the standard services offered by ThinkOn. The Pre-Sales Solutions Architect must be capable of leading and coordinating a team of internal and external resources and will be recognized as an expert in ThinkOn products, services, and practices.
