We are looking for a Solutions Consultant In this role, you’ll support the success of Rokt and mParticle by Rokt clients as well as internal teams by contributing to the technical execution, validation, and enablement efforts that power pre-sales through post-sales Solutions engagements. This role focuses on the foundational operational layers of the Solutions function - configuring demos, validating integrations, and producing reusable technical content - all of which help ensure smooth customer experiences, team-wide support, and scalable internal processes. You’ll collaborate with the Solutions team to operationalize best-in-class Customer Data Platform (CDP) technology projects, working with SDKs, APIs, and integrations across analytics, attribution, marketing automation, and social media platforms. Your work will have a meaningful impact on Rokt and the broader Solutions organization, empowering client-facing team members and strengthening technical execution. You will gain hands-on experience in data and adtech infrastructure, build core technical skills, and learn from experienced teammates across the business - setting the foundation for long-term growth in technical solutions delivery.

Requirements

  • Basic familiarity with SDKs, APIs, and modern data workflows; experience validating technical integrations is a plus.
  • Comfortable using AI to write basic code & scripts in Python, JavaScript, or similar - willing to grow deeper into development concepts and best practices over time.
  • Strong organizational and documentation skills, with a detail-oriented mindset.
  • Ability to break down complex tasks and follow structured implementation plans provided by senior team members.
  • Curious and self-motivated learner with a growth mindset and willingness to lean into new technical domains.
  • Effective communicator, both written and verbal, with a desire to support internal teams and gradually build external-facing confidence.
  • Collaborative teammate who thrives in a fast-paced, hybrid work environment (4 days/week in NYC office)

Responsibilities

  • Support Rokt implementation and QA processes for SDK, API, and partner integrations by following detailed technical specifications, and documenting results clearly.
  • Technically support Rokt clients - work with clients directly to troubleshoot and solve technical challenges.
  • Contribute to account strategy & support - help identify tactical support needs for active accounts, working with the wider team to streamline solution delivery.
  • Build and configure demo & testing environments - leverage AI to build bespoke demo & testing instances that replicate customer use cases and validate use case scenarios.
  • Develop and maintain demo assets such as SDK snippets, integration flows, and walkthrough decks that enable the broader Solutions and Sales teams.
  • Write basic customer scripts and data transformation rules supporting customer projects, gradually expanding technical development skills.
  • Assist in technical project management for customer projects, including timeline tracking and action item coordination.
  • Create and maintain internal documentation and enablement content, including standard operating procedures, playbooks, and slide decks.
  • Contribute to operational efficiency by building automated & reusable internal tools leveraging AI, improving QA processes, and supporting the development of scalable team assets.
