Role Overview Solutions Consultants are trusted advisors to the field sales organization, playing a critical role in advancing the sales process. They bring deep product expertise to customer engagements, delivering compelling demonstrations and clearly articulating how solutions address both business and technical needs. Acting as the bridge between Sales, Product Management, and Marketing, Solutions Consultants champion the ADERANT application suite and ensure customer requirements are effectively translated into successful solutions.

Requirements

  • 1–2+ years of experience in solution consulting, pre-sales, or product-focused sales (recent graduates considered)
  • Familiarity with enterprise-level accounting or financial systems
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
  • Strong presentation and written communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and business audiences
  • Highly organized, analytical, and adaptable in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in legal or professional services software is a strong plus

Responsibilities

  • Design and deliver high-impact product demonstrations aligned to customer needs
  • Represent the product in customer meetings and at industry events, conferences, and seminars
  • Respond confidently to functional and technical components of RFIs and RFPs
  • Partner with Sales to assess customer requirements and recommend appropriate solutions
  • Communicate market and customer feedback to Product Management and Marketing teams
  • Travel as needed across the assigned sales territory in North America
