The Solutions Consultant plays a critical role within the Solutions Team, partnering with clients to ensure successful implementation of the Nordis Technologies Expresso Communications Management Software solution. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client business objectives, and assessing operational processes to design and deliver tailored Expresso solutions. The Solutions Consultant leads the discovery process, develops customized installation requirements documentation, and provides technical and application guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. As part of a cross-functional team, this individual ensures the successful and timely completion of installations by overseeing issue resolution and escalation, deployment planning, rollout execution, and end-user training. This position requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, values consensus-building, and adheres to established guidelines and procedures. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can influence stakeholders, motivate teams, and respond thoughtfully to client needs while maintaining a strong results orientation.
