About The Position

The Solutions Consultant plays a critical role within the Solutions Team, partnering with clients to ensure successful implementation of the Nordis Technologies Expresso Communications Management Software solution. This role is responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding client business objectives, and assessing operational processes to design and deliver tailored Expresso solutions. The Solutions Consultant leads the discovery process, develops customized installation requirements documentation, and provides technical and application guidance throughout the implementation lifecycle. As part of a cross-functional team, this individual ensures the successful and timely completion of installations by overseeing issue resolution and escalation, deployment planning, rollout execution, and end-user training. This position requires a proactive, customer-focused professional who thrives in a collaborative environment, values consensus-building, and adheres to established guidelines and procedures. The ideal candidate is an effective communicator who can influence stakeholders, motivate teams, and respond thoughtfully to client needs while maintaining a strong results orientation.

Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Lead multiple client implementations of the Nordis Technologies Expresso solution from initiation through successful completion
  • Facilitate discovery sessions to understand client objectives, workflows, data requirements, and technical environments
  • Develop detailed Installation Requirements Documentation for customized Expresso deployments
  • Drive installations within a matrixed environment, influencing cross-functional teams through collaboration, transparency, and results-focused leadership
  • Manage the acquisition, validation, and review of required client data
  • Identify, track, and resolve implementation issues, engaging appropriate internal and external resources to ensure timely resolution
  • Develop and manage rollout and deployment plans, including testing and go-live coordination
  • Deliver end-user training and support change management efforts to ensure adoption and satisfaction
  • Coordinate a seamless installation turnover to the Client Service Manager following go-live
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of internal processes and procedures based on client feedback and project learnings
  • Maintain a strong commitment to client satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle
  • Perform other related duties as assigned
