The role We're looking for an experienced Solutions Consultant to act as a crucial link between Optimal’s research capabilities and the business objectives of our global customers. You will support your regional Sales Team to accelerate the sales cycle by leading the narrative with prospects and existing customers to visualise a future where Optimal is woven into the fabric of their organisational DNA. Your focus is beyond feature-functionality, and instead advising on research practices and tooling that will demonstrate the power of the Optimal platform. Your guidance will drive solution demonstration, adoption and usage, directly supporting new business acquisition, expansion, and customer retention outcomes.
